This University Place rambler is 1800 sq ft that was a time capsule and needed a complete revamp. We did new hardwoods throughout, added a proper laundry and mud room and primary suite. We also gutted and redid the kitchen with a massive island! When redoing this home, I wanted to keep functionality and entertaining in mind.
